FORMS OF PAYMENT
ANGELS Doll Studio, and Shiloh Winter Jewelry accept Paypal as the sole form of payment.
 
SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping for dolls are calculated based on the customer location and the weight of the package.  Jewelry, Wig, and Clothing items are a flat rate. We ship as many items as you purchase for the same flat rate. I ship to the continental United States, and internationally. 
All doll and wig orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Air post. Jewelry and clothing items most often ship First Class. If you would like an alternative shipping method, please let me know.

International shipping is by priority or EMS only with tracking. I package every item carefully to insure quality control.   I cannot guarantee condition of boxes or items during shipping.
Insurance is extra and is determined by purchase price of shipment.  Insurance is required on all OOAK items.  Other services are available upon request.

Items are usually shipped within three days of receiving payment (unless stated otherwise --which is the case sometimes for special order items. If you have a commission, I will give you an estimated due date, and keep you posted on my progress).  Standard delivery time is 3-7 days, longer for international shipments, however I cannot guarantee in transit time.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Refunds accepted only in cases of faulty or wrong items.  Items must be returned to us within the next 10 days after receiving them. ONE OF A KIND DOLLS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. COMMISSIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. (Please note that if something happens, for example, that a clasp breaks on a jewelry item, we will gladly replace or fix the item free of charge. HOWEVER, you must return the original item.)

Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Your refund will only be given upon receipt of the returned items. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and any additional shipping costs will not be ANGELS Doll Studio's responsibility.
 

 

 





Cancellations of orders are to be made via e-mail, a total refund will be given if your items have not been processed. In the event that your order has been processed, a 20% restocking fee is charged and you will receive 80% of your original payment.

Custom Orders  have a strict no refund policy. I ask that you, as the commissioner be very clear about what you want, and please voice out any displeasure with your commission before it is shipped out in order for me to give you the best service possible.
